Customer Review: I need a new kettle

I really dislike this kettle. It's heavy. That's a problem for me mostly because I can't gauge how much water is in it before I use it, let alone my arthritic hands. Also the spout is very short and tilts upward. I wish I considered that before buying the product. So when pouring becareful not to burn yourself with the steam, as I have. Also, the handle DOES get hot. The next place I go to, I'll be looking for a replacement for this and it can go right in the garbage where it deserves to be. I've learned to look at the product better and also to check on the weight of the product. At least it wasn't a *very* expensive lessen.
